New build development including 9 new 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments.

“CJS undertook extensive fit out works of nine apartments in a new build block, Whitby Apartments, NW10. The works included soundproofing, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry work, plasterboarding, bathroom and kitchen installation, tiling, decoration, and landscaping works. CJS also assisted the client by managing and coordinating some other subcontractors engaged directly by the client, Newbourne Homes – including the installation of four cantilevered balconies.
The director of CJS and project manager, Simon Vacher, was very organised, knowledgeable and hands-on. He ensured that materials were delivered in a timely manner, programmed well in advance and he generally managed the works in a professional, organised sequence. There were minimal remedial works required, during the rectification period. Any minor defects were addressed and rectified expediently. Simon was courteous and well-presented when meeting and liaising with our buyers after the works were completed or when he attended to deal with any snagging items.

CJS’s direct workforce and subcontractors that they engaged also mirrored CJS’s values, in that they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
